Finally a new update!
I installed the valves to the tank.

And then fit the whole package in the trunk, seems to fit ok.

I painted the cups for the air bags...

And installed the rear bags to check everything is fine. I took the old spring out and just screwed the upper cup to the bolt on the frame.

Looks low enough.

Now I need to modify the exhaust to get more clearance :( One modification leads to an other, and summer is coming...

I took my bike to a turbo - specialist... Lets´s see if I get my motivation when the engine runs ;)

Then I had some trouble with the Buick vent windows..

The window handle won´t fit because the angle of the whole vent window assembly changed...

I made the cups for the rear bags. Of course I fu**ed the lowers up, but fortunately I had just tacked the pieces torgether, so it was easy to fix.

I haven´t done anything with the Riviera lately, but then I got a little package from Lowtoys:

I need a few fittings for the install, and I also have to fabricate the brackets for the bags.

I´ve been doing some little stuff like fitting the trim etc.

I also got the windows for the doors and quarters. What a relief they fit :D :D

I still need some u-shaped rubber to install the windows and  weatherstirpping for the vent windows so I can install the door skins.
I also need to get a new windshield to Kuttilan autolasi. I take the old one there and they make a smaller from that.

Today I did some cleaning up: I wire brushed and painted the drivers floor, wire brushed and painted the bottom of the rear window opening.. No pics, but I guess there is nothing too see anyway :D

Then I wanted to remove some bumps from the front of the car. There was some damage in the hood, right in the front peak of it. There is a reinforcement under the hood panel, so I had no access to hammer the bumps.I didn't want to cut anything just now so  I just cleaned the area, welded some holes and applied a lump of filler. And I forgot to take pics :/ 

But there was more:

Maybe this damage was from the same accident with the hood´s.
I removed the parking light to get access to the back side. Then some hammering...

Then I welded and smoothed the cracks:

There was more damage on the fender:

So, more hammering...

There sharpest low spot is still there, but it's good enough.

I have done some little things to the Buick. Like installing a central locking system.


 

And the vent windows are basically finished,  they just need the weatherstripping.

 I took the patterns of the side glass pieces to a glass shop, they should be ready in a couple of weeks.

My other project has been waiting for an inspiration. I hope I get it after Motohörhö does his magic and gets it running and I hear the sound of turbocharged engine.

 
The bike has parts from 2008 Fireblade, 2007 Yamaha R1, Mitsubishi TD04 turbocharger etc. After my first ride with a turbocharged bike I knew I had to have  (build) one. Actually this isn´t my first charged bike project, but I hope I´ll finish this one :D
